If the product is wrongfully delivered (product does not match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are happy to re-fulfilling your order or issue a credit note of full value, with an additional 50% off on the next product ordered as our way of compensating your valuable time or issue a full refund to your bank account.
However, if the product is meeting all quality criteria’s and specifications and is customized / personalized, as a policy, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on products, which are delivered in perfect condition and confirming to the ordered specifications, unless there is a manufacturing or quality defect.

Given the nature of our products and service, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit under the given circumstances. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn't collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, FedEx etc.), then Chhapdoh will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
